TOBY CARVERY REVIEWS
This was our first visit. Good choice of vegetables, maybe needs more efficient hot plates. Lovely meat. I went up for more veg but this was difficult as people were queuing for their meat. This made it difficult to reach everything.
Such a treat, well I say treat... I come here waaay too often to call it a treat anymore and you want to know why?... Excellent food, excellent atmosphere and amazing welcoming staff who always make you feel welcome and happy. I would like to particularly mention Jack Sparrow who I've always been lucky enough to be served by him... He makes the place FUN! Without him, the place wouldn't be the same, a true asset to your company. I've been to many Toby Carvery's and this one is the best by far!!
Had a family meal on a Sunday. Food was good but the service was excellent! The lady who took care of us was lovely and polite and very welcoming. As predicted, Sunday was very busy but the service was quick. Great value for money.

THE FOX INN REVIEWS
Amazing and friendly pub. Really friendly welcome by the staff, horse was allowed in the garden and allowed to graze on a section of long grass that is left for horses. Once word got around of the horse in the garden, the staff came out with apples chopped up and several carrots peeled and ends chopped off. I believe the landlord even popped out with carrots too. Really friendly staff and even a friendly goodbye when leaving. We will definitely be popping back in again while out riding.
I haven't been to The Fox for years, in fact probably around 15 years or more! Last time I visited, it was very old fashioned and mostly full of pensioners, with dated decor and an unpleasant smell about the place. How things have changed! Now there's a welcoming atmosphere, very friendly and efficient staff, the inside has been updated (no smell of wee!) and the food was delicious. We sat outside in the extensive garden as the grandchildren were with us. There is a lovely play area with slides and swings, a climbing playhouse and plenty of room to run around, far enough away so as not to annoy the adults there for a quiet drink. All in all, a lovely country pub, with good food, beautiful surroundings and great staff. We will definitely be back! Kid-friendliness: Lively play area, with ample seating.
Cheeky ploughman's in the garden on a sunny Sunday afternoon! Excellent food at sensible prices and highly recommended - Will be back to try a roast as they looked really good too! It gets busy so it could be worth booking if you're in a group....

TIDES REVIEWS
Lovely place. I had a full English breakfast and my friend had eggs and smoked salmon. Both were delicious. The food was nicely presented too, good quality sausage and granary bread. Nice relaxed atmosphere and friendly service. Good value especially for the quality of food. Will return.
The best chicken, ham and leak pie I've ever tasted. The restaurant was busy, hence the loss of one star for service. It's clearly very popular, locals are referred to by name. Excellent food, reasonable prices. I'm glad to have had the opportunity to eat there.
Friday night wedding anniversary dinner. Had two courses. That was all that we could manage. Food was excellent as always . By far one of the best restaurants in Worthing. A little hidden gem. Waiting staff were friendly, attentive and professional. Thanks for a really lovely evening.
