THE CORNER HOUSE FREE HOUSE & GARDEN REVIEWS
First time visiting here to celebrate my brother in laws birthday and it was fantastic! The roast (lamb) was outstanding and probably the best roast I've ever had! The staff were very friendly and attentive too! Having travelled from Hove, it wouldn't have been a venue on my list due to distance, however we will be back for sure!
A good pub in the centre of Worthing. A good courtyard style garden at the rear and site with good seating and outdoor heaters. Seems to be popular but not overcrowded. I have visited this pub a few times and will definitely return again very soon.
Fantastic place, beautiful garden, and lovely friendly, helpful team. The food was delicious and quick. Thank you, and our dog loved it, too!

THE GUN INN REVIEWS
Joined friends for a 20th Anniversary meal and blown away by the friendliness from Sally (who is definitely the right person to run a Pub). The food was fantastic, indeed everything was superb. Definitely need to go back again maybe in the Spring to enjoy the amazing outside area.
We were in the village for a wedding and had a great lunch and few drinks here. Food was fantastic and service too. We sat in the garden which was a great space. In side was quite strange with lot of small rooms, but I guess it's an old building so opening it up must be hard with planning permissions.
our favourite gastro pub ever. It was a major influence in us moving to the village!!! The staff are lovely and the food and bar fantastic - always! Vegetarian options: always good veggie and vegan options.

THE THOMAS A BECKET REVIEWS
A lovely pub with well-planned spaces. More than ample seating whether you are a large group, a family or a couple. Children are certainly welcome here, but the outside playground keeps children happily occupied and adults who prefer to be undisturbed by children at play, will be content. As a couple, we pop in weekly, although we have not had a meal at The Thomas A. Beckett. The chips are really good though, chunky and cooked just right. The meal portions are ample and well-presented and certainly look tasty.
I have been to this pub a number of times and have never had any issues. Drinks are good, especially the raspberry mojito I’ve had before. Wanted to do this review however today because I ordered a glass of white wine, which I asked for ice in. The young gentleman behind the bar first added ice to the glass for a short while to make this cold before then getting rid of this and adding further ice to make the wine nice and cold. A little detail that was really appreciated and makes me want to come back again.
I visited with my family for Sunday lunch and we were all very impressed with the standard of food, which was absolutely delicious. I had the chicken, which was cooked to perfection. We also had the nut roast which was very tasty. In fact I was told the best ever by father in law! Everyone chose different meats and the feedback was very positive all round. The roast potatoes were super crisp whilst the Yorkshire pudding was big, light and fluffy. The cauliflower cheese was the best I’ve ever tasted. All in all we couldn’t fault the meal and can’t recommended this restaurant enough for a delicious Sunday roast.
