I am having a course of facial acupunctures for better skin appearance. Abbey is very familiar with facial acupuncture which is hard to find. Most people would think of this as not a nice session but trust me I was totally relaxed after my first session. She balanced with needles that help relaxation so it’s a double whammy. Highly recommend trusting Abbey with this type of acupuncture.

Amazing and effective treatment from Abbey. She is professional with an extensive knowledge of traditional medicine. Her therapy room is relaxing and calming. She has resolved several health issues. I thoroughly recommend Abbey.

Had my second session of acupuncture with Abbey yesterday, of the half dozen symptoms I’d reported, at least half are significantly improved, a great result in such a short time. Abbey is not only incredibly informative and knowledgeable but also very kind and empathetic. Looking forward to my next appointment. Would have no hesitation in recommending Abbey to anyone wanting to try acupuncture !

Suffered with toothache for a week - painkillers weren't doing the job. Went to see Richard and he performed acupuncture on my legs and feet. After 40 mins the pain dispersed - couldn't believe it. Would definitely recommend Richard to anyone.

I met Richard a few years ago while he was working on a cruise ship. I had been suffering from chronic pain for a while and, as I had never had Acupuncture before, I was a little bit sceptical. Richard was highly professional and by the end of my third treatment, I realized the pain was gone. I would certainly recommend having treatments with him.

I wasn't sure if Richard would be able to treat my sciatica, it was literally so painful everyday. I had been to a couple physiotherapy sessions and they didn't think they could help me. After one session with Bournemouth Acupuncture I began to feel less pain already, it took 3 sessions altogether and it really worked, I am so amazed that the pain has gone, I now recommend Richard and acupuncture to all my friends and family. I would not hesitate to go and visit him again if I ever needed to, his knowledge and experience makes him the best in his field.

Having been in quite severe pain for a number of months with planta fasciitis, I was recommended by a friend to see Gary. Literally after 2 sessions the pain was relieved and I could walk again without a limp! I have just had my third session and honestly feel 99% back to normal. Gary said I would probably need 5 sessions but think my response so far has been spectacular!

Love it so much. Always feel incredibly relaxed and content after a session. Gary has really helped me overcome some big health challenges and I am so pleased to have found this place. A lovely welcoming service. I highly recommend for anyone wanting to try acupuncture to support their lifestyle.

Gary has worked wonders with my hip arthritis, within two sessions I’ve benefited from remarkable improvement in mobility and discomfort. I cannot recommend Gary more highly, looking forward to seeing further progress as I continue my treatment.
