I was fortunate enough to have Joy guide me through a very tough time in my life. Being someone who never speaks about their feelings, the thought of having counselling had scared the life out of me! Joy miraculously made me feel at ease as soon as I walked through the door of the beautiful Peace Haven situated in the calm and pretty garden. Through regular counselling sessions over the course of a year or so I have become a stronger and more positive person. Joy is a great listener and, through her knowledge and experience, enabled me to make sense of why I had felt the way I had for most of my life.
