Mr Michael Cadier is a renowned Plastic Surgeon based in Bournemouth, UK. His journey in medicine and surgery is marked by rigorous education and extensive experience. His educational background includes graduating from Queen's College, University of Oxford, in 1981, following a four-year Master's Degree in Biochemistry. Subsequently, he obtained his medical degree from St Thomas' Hospital Medical School in London in 1986. His commitment to honing his surgical and academic skills led him to spend six months in Lyon, France, before embarking on a surgical rotation between Middlesex and University College Hospitals in London. He dedicated six months to the Professional Unit in Plastic Surgery led by Professor McGrouther, the first such unit in the country at the time. Mr Cadier furthered his training in Plastic Surgery at various institutions, including Queen Mary's Hospital in Roehampton, Wexham Park, London, Odstock Hospital in Salisbury, and Frenchay Hospital in Bristol. Having been in private practice for over two decades and full-time since 2017, Mr Cadier has amassed a wealth of experience, including performing over 1500 face and neck lifts, as well as a similar number of breast augmentations, breast reductions, abdominoplasties, eyelid corrections, and rhinoplasties. He has also played a pioneering role in developing new techniques in cosmetic surgery, such as bespoke facelifts, custom-made grafts for rhinoplasties, and lipo-filling for transverse cervical rhytides.
