Visited twice in the last 12 months whilst on a short break visiting Bournemouth. Was served each time by Lindsay Griffiths who I believe is the store manager. Each time she was brilliant. Very helpful, instant rapport, brilliant customer service. Just ordered new glasses today which will be delivered to my home branch in Gloucester, she explained everything thoroughly and I enjoyed the experience, despite initially having some apprehension about choosing glasses. I felt that Lindsay deserved a special mention. Thank you

Amazing customer service provided by Hojat ( I hope I haven't spelt it wrong) Tommy and the tech team today! I went in for a replacement of my glasses frame due to a frame fabric malfunction and even if the model was out of production they managed to replace the damaged parts. They could have easily told me to buy a new one, but instead they all put lot of effort to help me out succeeding in they're attempt! This is a clear example of extra mile customer service from front of the house and the technical team that works on the back of the house! I've been customer of Specsavers for 7 years and thanks to this good act and kind understanding behaviour I will keep relying on them for my future glasses!

A charming team at this store who goes above and beyond to help each other and you as a customer, relaxing atmosphere, sweet people, great choice of affordable glasses, and I picked up in store less than a week later. Adore Ranudy and Sana! Very helpful and lovely women.

My son broke his glasses while we were on holiday today. We were greeted by Ivana who was very friendly and polite. Optical Assistant Rebecca very quickly helped us and my son had new frames in minutes. Rebecca was most helpful, polite and professional. I would highly recommend this branch!

I had a fantastic experience at Boots Opticians. From the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly and professional. A special thank you to Sofiene, the optician who took care of me. He was incredibly thorough and took the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciated. Sofiene didn’t just check my eyesight—he also gave me helpful advice regarding my dry eyes, something I’ve been struggling with for a while. His recommendations were thoughtful and tailored to my needs, and I left feeling well-informed and confident about how to manage the issue moving forward. All in all, a smooth and reassuring visit. I highly recommend Boots Opticians, and if you can, ask for Sofiene.

I had a really positive experience at Boots Opticians. From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and very helpful. I was even able to make my appointment on the same day I arranged it, which was so convenient. Everything was explained to me clearly before the eye test, which really helped ease my anxiety and made me feel comfortable. The actual eye test itself went smoothly with no issues at all, and I felt reassured throughout the whole process. A big thank you to the team for making what could have been a stressful appointment so easy and pleasant.

Great service. The optometrist was very nice and made the eye test much easier. The staff members and manager (Amy and Barzi) were super friendly and tried their best to help me practice on contact lenses. 10/10 would recommend
