Someone says it in another review and i experienced it as well that the price need to be agreed before treatment starts as she tend to overprice treatment prices when discuss after treatment which is absolutely deceiving...good experience for accupunture treatment otherwise ....but again you need to be aware as she can prescribe like same placebo medicines powder to most patients i brought there which is a shame . It seems to be her way to over charge bill of patients. ..in overall there is a warm welcome but a bit of lack of clarity as explained further up ...it looks unprofessional and affect trust between patients and the Dr..

Dr Shulan was amazing at treating my hyperpigmentation around my mouth and she was so lovely during consultations. She provided lots of detail on my medicine. She took time to speak to us and listen to our concerns. She really helped me to make lifestyle changes and lovely customer service. I would definitely recommend Dr Shulan - she is amazing at her job!!

My son had psoriasis on feet and legs for about 3 years. It was painful to walk. After 4 weeks of Chinese herbal medicine, my son is able to walk normally and the skin is better. My son feels much happier and relaxed. I would definitely recommend this to people that need any skin related issues.

Took my grandmother for her first ever acupuncture session following a severe painful shoulder. I am glad I took her here to say the least. Dr Phoebe is knowledgable, caring, compassionate and competent. After the first session my grandma noticed a big difference with the pain easing tremendously. We are doing a few sessions with Dr Phoebe and I've noticed an amazing result and can't thank her enough. Last the lady at reception has been a truly remarkable person very kind and hospitable. Id highly recommend this place.

Dr. Phoebe is professional, kind and patient. She helps relieve my migraine and back pain. Only after three treatments I can feel the symptoms have been so much eased. That she inserts needles so precisely yet not causing uneasiness is so amazing. The receptionists are always so friendly and the vibe of the clinic is quite cozy. Highly recommend!

I cannot thank Doctor Phoebe enough. She is simply an exceptional professional. I went in for a consultation and treatment due to sciatica, lower back and shoulder pain, unable to move my body without feeling this pain. I can safely say I felt like another person once I walked out of her clinic. Not to mention how attentive and kind the lovely ladies at reception are. I have been recommending her to anyone and everyone I can because she really improved my quality life.

Since leaving my home country ( and most of my family) in August, I was lucky to find this remarkable man with a wonderful caring disposition and even more remarkable healing abilities. He has helped me “find my way” through mental and physical pain and has built up my energy levels to a height I never thought I would reach again. Many thanks!

I have had treatment from a few acupuncturists along the years (mostly relating to allergy issues) including very bad hay fever since a young child. They have all helped me, but I have to say Dr Cai has had the strongest effect, and he has quite astonish healing abilities. I always come away feeling more balanced and peace with myself. Thank you.

Ten days ago I phoned unable to move – seriously hurt my back. Dr Cai made time to see me later that day. A week and two treatments later, I am back to normal. Amasing!! Such a caring man.
