Riz is absolutely brilliant. I had a snowboarding knee injury last year and he has supported my recovery over the past half a year, not only during our sessions but even on WhatsApp for any queries I had on the plan/exercises. He always managed to find time for me. Very grateful I found the Matrix clinic. I personally recommend it to everyone.

After seeing several physios about a recurring hamstring injury and having constant issues, Nico worked with me to create a strength program to rebuild the muscle before progressing through more explosive movements and back into playing football. Very professional setup and knowledge physio.

I went to Matrix as a result of a neck and back injury. Two independent colleagues recommended them. I saw Nico, who was great - really friendly and put my mind at ease straight away. I had some hands on therapy, but it was mainly gym based, to work on my muscle tone. Nico provided exercises for me to do at home and provided videos of all of them, which made it all much easier, as I’m prone to forgetting exercises! I’d definitely recommend Matrix and Nico,

I injured my shoulder about 9 months ago whilst doing aerial trapeze and ended up with a frozen shoulder. Christos at Physiopattern has been brilliant, diagnosing and treating my injuries as well as sorting out my frozen shoulder. I am very grateful! The recovery has been steady and I am now back on the trapeze again! I would definitely return and strongly recommend.

Dr. Ahmed Juraije is an outstanding physiotherapist—highly professional, knowledgeable, and skilled in techniques like deep tissue therapy, active release, soft tissue therapy, and cupping. He goes beyond treatment by guiding you on lifestyle changes, posture correction, exercises, and self-care for long-term improvement and progress. After almost a year of searching for relief from lower lumbar disc slip, nerve impingement, and sciatica in Manchester, Dr. Ahmed was the first physiotherapist to provide consistent relief after each session and considerable mobility improvement. Since meeting him about two years ago, I've never felt the need to switch physiotherapists! Each session is comfortable and effective, and I always leave feeling better. I highly recommend Dr. Ahmed to anyone seeking expert care.

I had been dealing with lower back pain from a herniated disc and muscle spasms for over three months before seeing Dr Ali. From the very first session, he took the time to really understand my condition and explain the treatment plan in a way that made sense. He focused on long-term recovery rather than just quick fixes, which I really appreciated. I noticed a huge improvement after just two sessions—something I hadn’t been able to achieve in months. By the fourth session, I wasn’t relying on painkillers to get through the day anymore, which after months of back pain seemed like an impossible outcome. He also put together a tailored exercise plan that fit my specific needs, making sure I had the tools to maintain my progress and prevent future issue

I have never had a sports massage but oh my god. I was in so much pain and my neck/shoulder was so inflamed and Hamzaar has literally worked magic. Will definitely be back and make it a monthly visit! 10/10 recommend and he was so sound too! Cheers
