“Dr Aoiffe Kilcommons is a Cognitive Analytic Therapist, accredited Cognitive Behaviour Therapist, Brainspotting Consultant, Voice Dialogue Facilitator, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) Practitioner, Reiki Master and qualified fitness instructor. She is also a Consultant Clinical Psychologist. With over 25 years experience across a range of settings, she specialises in general mental health issues, trauma and peak performance, working nationally and internationally. She worked in the NHS for 15 years and completed her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at the University of Liverpool. Dr Kilcommons has published research in peer-reviewed journals in the areas of stress, trauma, psychosis, PTSD, early prevention and intervention, risk management and learning disabilities. She has presented her work at national annual conferences. She founded Happiness in Mind Practice, a leading Clinical Psychology Service offering specialised psychological Assessment, Therapy, Supervision, Consultation, as well as Resilience & Performance Training to individuals and organisations.
