Absolutely brilliant experience, I was taken care of from the moment I arrived. All the staff are great and really take the time to understand you and what it is you're looking for. A very unique experience but I found it really helped me to pick out a style of glasses that I love. Highly recommended to anyone looking for their next pair of glasses and to find something that genuinely suits them. I will definitely be returning in the future.

I love the friendly customer service at Jones & Co along with their range of unique and interesting frames. They really do make it so fun and enjoyable when visiting. Taylor recently delivered my glasses after they’d had some adjustments made and she made sure everything was perfect before I left. Thanks to everyone for everything and always being so helpful whenever I need assistance!

My son tried to do an eye test for the last two years without success. However today thanks to Simran Ahmed was possible her patience and kindness made my son confortable enough to do the test.Not only she show expertise but she seek advise for her supervisor Chet that was professional and kind as well. I highly recommend them I am very please with the atention we received today .Thanks.

I made an appointment and accompanied my daughter under 17 years old to Specsavers Arndale for a free NHS children's vision check. The staff here are friendly, the optometrist is professional. Although the selection of eyeglass frames is not extensive, it is sufficient for us to choose.

Always gone to this specsavers and have never been let down. Very helpful, and prompt in getting you sorted. Massive thanks to Jade who seems to always be there, she gives great advice and makes sure my visit runs as smooth as possible.

The optician was really professional and put me at ease as I am very short sighted. He helped me fix my sunglasses also. Really good and knowledgeable and respectful. Really nice guy. The other person who helped me choose my frames etc was great and made me laugh and was very professional. Both really helpful.

These guys are really helpful and friendly . I started with them about a week ago with the contact lenses trial and now they have given me eye tests and checkups , they also give discounts to students and I am glad I came here as they’re way better than my old opticians . Highly recommended.
