When I first came to acupuncture it was because I was having quite severe PMT problems and Hinatreated me for breast tenderness, hot flushes and all the other symptoms that go with PMT. It was very satisfying to feel and see how much I was changing. I was also suffering from a lot of mental anguish at the time;I had already seen psychiatrists,taken anti-depressants etc. How could acupuncture help me? Hina treated me for this and my life has become clearer. At one time, if I had a problem in my life it would really get me down, but now I can cope with anything. I am in charge, I am in control.
