Very good initial hearing test which included background noise, etc. (more thorough than other places I have been to). I tried several different types of hearing aids and then got a "loan pair" of my preferred type to try at home for a couple of weeks after an initial tuning. Friendly and knowledgeable service from both Ana and Tim in a pleasant environment. Will recommend. I used the Mirfield branch.

Amazing service, very knowledgeable and professional. Tim used a few methods and talked me through them all as the buildup in my ear was very impacted. The difference afterwards was amazing! The receptionist was really lovely and helpful even when I’d arrived late which I really appreciated. Would recommend to anyone.

My visit to Hearing Therapy yesterday was excellent. Ana Scrimaglio, the Clinical Audiologist saw me. She quickly diagnosed a disfunction in the pressure in my middle ear and referred me to ENT. Very professional and very pleasant also. Highy recommended.

Visited the Hearing excellence clinic today for an appointment through the musicians hearing health scheme. I'm thrilled to bits with the service provided from Paul and Angela from start to finish. Upon confirmation of the appointment Angela got in touch very quickly to arrange my visit, and gave a huge amount of help and information on the phone, further assisting when I called to check the address yesterday as I had forgotten to take it down! The clinic has plenty of parking, and is in a nice quiet corner of Sheffield. I had an ear health check, hearing exam and impressions taken for custom earplugs. Paul carried out a very comprehensive consultation, and explained the processes for each aspect of the visit throughly and patiently. I'm pleased to report he is also extremely gentle with each procedure, at no point did I feel any discomfort even though my ears are pretty sensitive. I was shown my ear canal and drum health via camera before and after the impressions were taken, and even shown the impressions to give an idea of how my ear canal works. Paul then talked me through the results of my hearing exam, and emailed me a copy of the results post appointment along with a video tutorial on how to safely insert and remove my new moulds. The whole appointment was great, and incredibly interesting too. I'll certainly be retuning in a years time to have another health check and hearing exam. Thanks to you both for your help - highly recommended.
