Amanda is so knowledgeable and supportive. She really partners with you to achieve the best outcomes together and she sees you holistically. In 8 weeks of following NHS nutrition advice on how to increase my low iron level, it increased by 1 point. In 5 weeks of following Amanda's advice, my iron increased by almost 5 points! Highly recommend!

Couldn’t recommend enough. I had the pleasure of having an Indonesian face massage by Amanda, she is incredibly knowledgable about her practices and took the time to explain in depth all the different processes of the treatment I was having plus all the others I had asked about. Amanda made sure to tailor the products to fit what would work best with my skin being sensitive, and my skin had never felt better than it did after the treatment. Amanda has a really calming nature and great conversation, the whole experience was total zen!

I was searching for a local acupuncturist as had terrible neck pain and was flying to Spain in 2 days time! Amanda is brilliant. She kindly fitted me in the same day I called her. She took my history and worked on my neck pain.She is sympathetic and caring. So glad I found her as my neck pain is improving and I'm going to see her again after my holiday for a follow up appointment. Great service.

Amazing therapeutic treatment with Lisa. Lisa is warm, caring and totally professional. Made me feel at ease and in safe hands. Talked me through the whole treatment. Reassured me, and had such a soothing approach which needed. Just two treatments in and the pain I had is easing. I’m really hopeful that Lisa will be able to help me with this complimentary therapy. I love that this treatment involves no drugs, or nasty long term side effects. Lisa is highly trained, really well informed on the latest in her field, and full of additional thoughts, suggestions and advice for how to support my treatment and condition. I love her holistic approach, and would highly recommend.

I contacted Lisa as I had a severe numbing pain in my arm which got so bed it felt like mini labour. I was willing to try Acupuncture and after speaking to Lisa, we had 2 sessions, one with a heat lamp applied, and the second, with electricity applied. Both helped the pain ease and I was very impressed with Lisa's personal knowledge as to what way would help me most. Her messaging me a few days after each session to see how i was was really nice too and showed she cared. Highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to use her again.

Acupuncture is new to me but Lisa made me feel very at ease in a lovely relaxing environment. She was very approachable and listened to me or order for her to confidently draw up a personal plan of treatment. My sessions with Lisa have been very beneficial so far and I've already seen improvement in my pain levels, I look forward to continuing my treatment with Lisa.

was very keen to try acupuncture to see if it could help my Carpal Tunnel pain in both hands . After meeting Agnieszka I felt very comfortable and knew she understood my condition and pain.Her knowledge and passion for her skill is evident. After my 1st treatment I had a change , my fingers were not throbbibg as much. This relief was so great I booked a few more sessions and im so glad I met Agnieska.
