I've been coming to physioHelp4You for about a year now for lymphatic drainage massage which has helped loads for my long COVID symptoms. Today I messaged Maggie for some help after spending two days in a lot of pain with my left hip. She offered me an appointment in an hour's time and I walked out of her room pain free. I can lift my leg and reach my foot to put my sock on after just one session. So happy with every treatment I have had here. Friendly, welcoming staff. We always have a chat and a laugh at every session. Highly recommend physioHelp4You.

Under Magie's expert guidance, I received exceptional care and professional service during my physiotherapy sessions. Her expertise was invaluable in addressing issues I've struggled with for years. The movement in my arm was very minimal when I came to Maggie. She worked with me and guided me through the pain and struggle.....kept me reasurred and well informed about expected progress. Thanks to Helen at MyPhysio for sorting out my knees. It took a few months but with your training and exercise plan got me back on my feet and raring to go. Really reassuring as you were very knowledgeable, friendly and most importantly, a brilliant physio. Recommend your services wholeheartedly.

I would highly recommend My Physio, I was recommended to make an appointment with Laura after a back pull at work & was given excellent advice & in session care to help with recovery. I have since been back for more advice about knee pain & Laura is very knowledgeable & kind.

Absolutely fantastic service and results! After developing severe neck problems I couldn’t survive the day without living on painkillers. MyPhysio assessed me properly and helped me get back on track through massage therapy, exercises and also helping make minor changes in day to day tasks. A couple of month later I’ve gone from 10/10 on the pain scale to less than 1/10. No painkillers, and I’ve got my golf swing back! Life changing service. Thank you.

I've been many times for various issues over the years, and I'm always impressed with the expertise, friendliness and professionalism of the team, from the front desk to physios to sports massages. I also really appreciate that they're not there to try and persuade you to go (ie pay) as many times as they can get out of you. They have a genuine desire to see you get better but also never try to persuade you to come week after week etc. That's not been my experience at other clinics where they clearly just want your money, and is really appreciated at this one.

Teodora And Katarina are both so amazing and supportive. I have got so much answers and help since going to toll house. The atmosphere is very relaxing. Definitely recommend.

Emma was clear, precise and articulate in her diagnosis of my injury. She identified the main cause of my back problem quickly and treated it methodically. I have found more flexibility and reduced pain after her treatment, resulting in more comfort and a better sleep pattern. I recommend her.
