I paid good and well for some glasses last year and the middle bits that sits on my nose got removed by my son. Okay, bad as it is, I still wore them in discomfort for months. By chance I popped in to this place and asked if they can help. Some amazing member of staff immediately fixed it. She's worthy of a serious promotion just for being so quick to help and with no question. Green hoodie, grow room, look at your cctv for today, 7th of November. Top score from me. I don't know what her name is. Big thanks. Glasses don't hurt anymore.

First class service from test to collection and Kira was so helpful and friendly and above all professional. Highly recommend. Second time I've used this branch and so far wouldn't go anywhere else. Lovely staff and made to feel comfortable and relaxed. Plus gorgeous glasses. I love em! Glasses too!.

I came across this independent optician many years ago and I've never thought of going anywhere else because of the quality of frames and lenses. They always seem to be at the cutting edge of technology. Super friendly customer service and after service.

I have been using this Optician for about 10 years and they have never let me down. Equipped with the latest eye examination equipment and thorough eye examination. Massive range of frames and extremely helpful staff. I would highly recommend them.

Really friendly staff, very thorough eye test. Felt really listened to on the problem. Really detailed explanation of the scan of the eye, I learnt about the layers and more!.
