The family dog was very old and the vets did everything they could to make sure he had a good quality of life and support the family to give him an extra few years. When the unfortunate time came for him to be put to sleep, Harry was incredibly supportive with the family and absolutely brilliant with our dog in his final moments. He was kind, caring and gave us time when we needed it to prepare ourselves and say our goodbyes, as well as put the dog at ease. Something that made the moment easier to bear for all of us. I couldn't recommend them enough to others.

We have a fussy shar pei and have always received excellent care from the Longwell Green practice and the Whitchurch hospital. Vets are friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.

Super stressful time when my husband stepped on Mr Binky’s foot and broke a bone! All the staff are amazing here and the nurses even spent time cuddling Mr Binky to make sure he was cheerful! This is a great vet’s practice- I can’t recommend them highly enough!.

We have been using Avenue vets for the last 7 years since we got our dog. Always feel well looked after. Staff are very kind and obviously love animals. We got my daughter a rabbit 4 years ago, and the same as when we brought our dog, always been well looked after. Unfortunately, this week, our daughters bunny was unwell. We were seen immediately even though they were close to closing. The vet we saw was so kind. Explained everything and gave us choices on what we wanted to do. Even though we tried meds, etc, he was too poorly. Then 9am the next morning the vets called to see how he was and we had to bring him back and sadly he had to be put to sleep. The vet and the staff couldn't be kinder to me and my daughter. Will always be so grateful.

These guy are the sweetest and most genuine people I've ever been to. With my dwarf hamster Rowena getting older, they've taken such brilliant care of her in these last few months. I cannot recommend this vet centre enough! The pricing is amazing, but overall, the people are just absolutely fantastic and beautiful souls and take so much pride and care into their work with our little friends. Much love to you all.

Saw the friendly and efficient Jake today with Mabel. First time Mabel's enjoyed a visit to the Vet. He was very clear and instructive and left us feeling super confident.
