I had a great experience at the chipping sodbury branch. To start with, when I called to ask questions and make an appointment I spoke with Karen, who was super helpful and took the time to explain the process to me. When arriving for my appointment Karen again, was helpful and very welcoming. I saw Quan for my appointment. He was very understanding, informative and really took the time to explain things to me that I did not understand. Very nice gentleman. I would highly recommend them.

Absolutely fantastic. I couldn’t hear anything prior to my appointment, and within 20 minutes I was out of the door with full hearing. Absolutely amazing service. Friendly. Welcoming and professional. Thank you.

Quick, painless and effective service. Lovely ladies both on the front desk and the lady that performed the microsuction on my ears. Biggest relief ever. Will be back!! Thank you.

Great service from lovely Danielle. I was desperate for ear wax removal and couldn’t get an appointment quick enough . I rang Danielle and she managed to fit me in the same day . I didn’t put enough oil in my ears and she showed great patience making sure everything was clear . For anyone needing the same , you won’t go wrong with the service Danielle provides . Thanks again

My father was let down with little notice for ear wax suction and Danielle was able to give him an appointment for the following day which was much appreciated as he had already softened the wax. Danielle was very kind, reassuring and kept us fully informed of the process which was relaxed and easy. Thank you Danielle and we highly recommend you.
