Absolutely super, arrived on time and got stuck straight in. There was minimal disruption and all tidied up at the end. Communication was great throughout the process from survey to quote to explaining all the features in plain English. I am absolutely delighted with my multi room AC system and am now all set for the next heatwave. I would have no hesitation in recommending David and BCool to anyone who wants polite, efficient and effective installation of domestic AC.
