Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish, Bill was extremely helpful and fit me in ASAP. The report I got back was very detailed and he even went through the report on the phone to me making sure any questions I had were answered. If I ever need a surveyor in the future I know where I can get a good one and for a really good price, much cheaper than any others.

Bill was a delight to work with for our home buyers report survey - excellent customer service, knowledgable, friendly, efficient and gave his time after the report to explain different parts of the report and share his knowledge with us. Would absolutely recommend his services.

From the first conversation with the pleasant helpful receptionist down to the prompt booking of the valuation this company were first rate. The valuer was uncharacteristicly pleasant and non threatening whilst being very professional at the same time. Cannot recommend them enough.

Great quick service with thorough results for my Home Buyers Report picking up on key elements that needed to be sorted ahead of the sale, which was so helpful to me as a first time buyer. I couldn't recommend Birley Steele Lightfoot any more highly.

I was on holiday, every thing sorted by email, came back a week later, report waiting for me.What a service ,so happy.
