Delighted with my new door. The online design feature enabled me to choose exactly what I wanted. The salesman answered all my questions and gave me a tour of the showroom, so I could see the quality for myself. The fitting was quick, clean and efficient. They accidenally damaged a bit of rendering whilst removing the old door, but fixed it beautifully within a few days with a bit of trim which makes it look better than before. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Although we waited a while for the 2new doors,they came,fitted and tidied up very well. After having them for 13 months the front door fell to one side which we were unable to close. I phoned and asked them if they could possibly come today as I couldn’t lock the door. Sure enough they came within a couple of hours,told me what was wrong,fixed it and any more trouble just phone us. Absolutely excellent after sales and look after their customers very well. Very highly recommend anyone upgrading their windows and doors etc to seriously consider buying from Carlisle Window Systems. Excellent! S.

I would highly recommend Cumbria Windoworks to anyone thinking of having new windows fitted. Paul and the team went above and beyond to help make the whole experience as stress free as possible for me. I live in a conservation area so required planning permission and meetings with the lanes management suite to discuss various issues before the windows could be fitted in my flat. Paul attended the meetings and liaised with the planning officer at the council to ensure that 'like for like' windows were fitted. I am so happy with with my new windows, they look amazing. I cannot thank you all enough! Such a professional service from start to finish.

I used Cumbria Windoworks to replace many of the windows on the house I was renovating in 2016 and they're still looking great! So when I needed a replacement window (not one they did before) it was a no-brainer to contact Paul and the team at Cumbria Windoworks. . Great price, fabulous product and very swift installation. Cumbria Windoworks recently replaced all the exterior doors & windows for us and they did a first class job. In my dealings with the company I have always found them to be courteous, friendly & helpful. Our installers, Alan & Liam, genuinely took care to give us a really nice installation.
