5 stars isn’t enough for Emily! We booked Emily to look after our border collie for our wedding at the end of March at Hidden River Barn. Our dog (Milo) isn’t the easiest, he’s a typical border collie and likes to bark at everyone so I was nervous about how he would be on our wedding day. We met up with Emily a couple of weeks before the wedding so she could meet Milo and learn all about him, she travelled through to a field local to us which we were so grateful for. As soon as we met her we knew she was made for this job, she is a lovely and friendly person who Milo took to straight away (which isn’t common). This meeting and the follow up email with all of Milo’s details put me at ease about how he would be on the day! On the wedding day Emily looked after Milo, took him for walks, kept him clean (no mean feat) and helped us get photos with him. She then stayed with him all night so we could party without worrying about him. She was amazing, knowing exactly what he needed and keeping him fed with lots of chicken! So many people commented how brilliant she was on the day and after. The icing on the cake was the photos and videos she sent us of Milo’s day! We loved seeing his behind the scenes and his point of view. They also showed how happy he was all day with Emily, playing with his toys and snuggling in with her. I’d recommend Emily a million times over and I’m thinking of excuses to book with her again! It felt like Emily was an extra friend with us on our wedding day and I know Milo gained a new bestie! Emily is amazing with my dog Lola who is a very sensitive sole. She also kept me up to date on walking days. I would absolutely recommend her if you are looking for someone to help with your furry friend! totally reliable and the dogs love her! Thankyou Emily

We hired Emily to help us with our dog Mabel during our wedding and it was one of the best decisions we made. Mabel was so chilled and relaxed throughout the ceremony and photos, Emily has the magic touch! Mabel adored Emily and I could not recommend her enough.

Julia was our dog walker for over a year (from puppyhood to when we moved out of area) and I couldn't recommend her highly enough. She is absolutely fantastic with dogs and I always felt 100% confident my dog would be well looked after in her care and have a great time too. She was always reliable, excellent at communicating and goes out of her way to be flexible. She provided both dog sitting and dog walking services and would give video and photo updates via whatsapp. My dog Willow used to sit at the front door in the mornings waiting to be picked up when we gave her the signal that "Julia's coming!" and would be so excited when she arrived - it says it all! If I could give more than 5 stars I would - I honestly couldn't think of any way at all her service could be improved and am so grateful for the love, care and exercise she gave our dog.

Julia has helped us out several times with our two dogs (including 1 very needy puppy) and more recently looked after our bunnies whilst we were away on holiday. I have total trust in Julia. she is kind and cares a great deal about the animals she looks after. she sent us regular pet updates which was really reassuring, and most importantly, took excellent care of our precious pets.

Huge thanks to Julia for boarding our little parrot and feeding our fish. Great to receive photos of the adventures, such a bonus that Julia spent time with the parrot out of his cage. Excellent attention to detail, would highly recommend.
