I'm always reluctant to review someone with 5 stars as there is usually something that can be improved upon, but in this case I can't find a single fault. From my very first interaction with Ross I knew I was in good hands. He is professional, knowledgable, very generous with his time and his attention to detail is next level. I know that there are plenty of companies installing heat pumps badly and I wanted someone who could do it properly which is why I found Ross via the Heat Geek certified network. I am so glad I did because the project has gone flawlessly and the heat pump is performing great! As others have said, Ross's pipework is a work of art, but his attention to detail goes much deeper and as an engineer myself I appreciated this very much! The rest of the team did a great job too, including the other plumbers, electricians and back office staff and I have no hesitation in recommending Stewart Temperature Solutions. Thank you.
