Craftsmanship is the word that comes to mind when I think of Brass Tacks Upholstery. Excellent customer service & phenomenal knowledge of his craft. Thank you Steve. We requested a window seat cushion to be made and a footstool to be recovered. Steve gave us numerous suggestions of what could be created, providing valuable knowledge before we made our decision. The attention to detail and craftsmanship is without doubt visible in the end product. A very reasonable price paid for such a fabulous finish. A pleasure to meet you Steve & Judith I would highly recommend a visit You won’t be disappointed!! The gift shop has unique gifts for all occasions we will definitely be back Kind Regards.

Honestly couldn't recommend Steve at Brass Tacks enough as an upholsterer. First class service from the minute I contacted them. His expertise shines through and his desire to help and give options to make sure customer satisfied. absolutely delighted with the work carried out for us. Highly recommend and would definitely use his services again.

The Harrises did a magnificent job of our armchairs, sofa, 2 footstools and recliners. Servicing one recliner and making it functional again. Tapestry cushions refilled. More recently a headboard and cushion. Absolutely, perfectly done and fine materials with gorgeous patterns. They are very friendly and efficient, going above and beyond.

Recently had a sofa made for my kitchen which needed to be able to withstand kids and dogs! And I wanted very specific colours I couldn’t find in stores. This perfectly fits the bill, the fabric is an easily wiped clean and it’s so much more comfortable than my living room sofa l - I spend most of my time in here now! Very bespoke and tailored service, and the sofa fits perfectly in our family. Absolutely would recommend!

Had a headboard and chair made for our baby’s new bedroom which is Toy Story themed and these guys pulled it off perfectly! The chair is very comfy with a wipe clean fabric which we requested. I think the headboard speaks for itself! Highly recommend.
