Contacted Will through ThreeBestRated and had a response the same evening (Saturday). By Monday we had arranged to meet at the property during the week, and Will let us know when he was on his way. The estimate followed very quickly and was detailed in the work required. Once we agreed to go ahead, we were given an approximate start date in July but that was brought forward considerably and the work was completed in a matter of days. We have photographs of the before and after, as well as an explanation of the work done, the work not needed and an additional job spotted. The best part was that it came in considerably under the quoted price. Communication has been excellent throughout, even though we are currently overseas. I really appreciate everything that you both did, and in very efficient time with minimal disruption to my neighbours and a very clean and tidy site at all times. The result of this work is that it looks excellent and is already draining away water as I speak from the flat roof into the existing gutter. It was a real highlight and bonus for me that you recognised that the existing brackets on the slate roof above the flat roof and were able to diagnose, advise and supply me at short notice with the traditional but new cast iron replacement guttering where the pvc should never have been. They too are draining nicely as this rainy afternoon progresses. I found the whole purchase from you extremely smooth, with the actual delivery being of the highest professional standard. I found you both very disciplined and hard working which enabled you to complete the work in the alloted time that you had set yourselves. That's saying something because you probably had an hour of driving each side of your day's work. That's not easy. The price was very fair and I really enjoyed seeing the photos that you supplied me afterwards which were taken during different stages of the job. They certainly communicate the difficulty factor. Especially in my mind the area of rotten roof that you cut out and replaced, the new cast gutter, the lead flashing repair, and the felt application itself with the hot torch. I am very grateful and pleased, and would definitely recommend your services given the opportunity. If anything needs doing in the future at this address, possibly on the slate elevations I will definitely ask you to respond.
