Excellent service. Surveyor was very professional, but at the same time was very personable, easy to deal with and gave us helpful feedback. We would have no hesitation in using Shepherds again.

Very quick to respond to request, visit property and the report followed rapidly. Overall a very efficient service.

Had a home report done by Mr Churm and a colleague in Dumfries. He was very professional, courteous and arrived right on time. The survey took around an hour. I was in agreement with all aspects of the home report. It was a very fair assessment of my home and outbuilding. Assessment was based on my home and not just other sales in surrounding area, which is always a worry when having valuation. It's always a bit unsettling having strangers assess your home, but Mr Churm and his colleague had a contagious calmness about them that made it much less so. A very positive experience and I would definitely use this company again.
