From the moment I walked in, Ann and Ron were warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. The clinic itself was spotless and calming, a perfect setting for anyone feeling even slightly nervous. Ann took the time to explain the entire process, answered all my questions patiently, and made sure I was completely comfortable throughout. The actual procedure was quick, painless, and surprisingly satisfying. I had no idea just how much the wax buildup had been affecting my hearing until it was gone, the difference was immediate and almost shocking. It felt like someone had turned the volume of life back up. I could hear birds outside, my own footsteps more clearly, even subtle background sounds I hadn’t noticed in ages. I have suffered from ear blockage for about two weeks. There was constant buzzing in my ear that was unbearable. My appointment at Vons Hearing Clinic was on 30th August. This is day I felt like reborn, connected with life again. The suction treatment was very gentle and I felt no irritation at all. Can’t recommend Nikki and her team enough. From entering the clinic, the environment is clean, calm, relaxed and professional looking. The girl on reception very welcoming, knowledgable and willing to answer my many questions. She soon put me at ease and competently carried out the initial triage. Nikki, the audiologist was just as friendly and welcoming and again answered all my questions with enthusiasm. It has been many years since my ears had been syringed at the doctors, so I was a wee bit anxious and nervously ‘chatty’. I needn’t have worried. Thank you both - your knowledge and professionalism shines through. I even came away having learned a little about modern earwax removal techniques.

Came here after being let down by another clinic and was definitely the right decision. Staff were all friendly everything was done professionally and was also cheaper than what other places had quoted on their websites can’t recommend enough.
