Absolutely first class experience. Charlotte was so knowledgeable and thorough, explaining everything about my treatment in detail and answering all my questions. I felt really at ease whilst the treatment was taking place and can already see a difference to my skin. Kara was also amazing at my first consultation. She gave me lots of info and was very honest about what to expect. All the staff are lovely. I’m one very happy customer.

I had the most amazing treatment with charlotte a few days ago, I've also recently started having laser hair removal at the Sanctum. They have the most amazing team and beautiful premises, the customer service is beyond brilliant! I would recommend to anyone to visit here!! You wont be disappointed!

Absolutely hands down the best first time experience with Kara last week. Couldn’t have been better, I can’t wait to go back for my treatment! Highly recommend a consultation especially if you’re unsure what you need. Superb clinic, thank you!!

Before anyone comments this is my hubbys email address ! its Sharon Smith. I contacted Tracey after becoming frustrated with my local GP Menopause Nurse. I was having some issues with the HRT I was being prescribed the main depressing side effect being weight gain amongst other small discomforts. Following my consultation Tracey changed my prescription and also suggested a blood test which has resulted in my needing other medication. All I can say is Tracey thankyou so much I feel like my old self again and the weight is slowly dropping back off and my energy levels are improving. Worth every penny ! I would highly recommend we should all be living our best lives ladies.

Tracey has been incredible! I went to my gp with my symptoms but received very little help. I found Tracey on a médica forum that I belong to. She easily booked my consultation, provided incredible advice, truly listened and gave me the time to discuss my concerns and then provided me with a plan. She explained everything and made me feel safe and cared for. The treatment prescription arrived in less than 24 hours from the payment! In one month I will Have a review but I know I can contact her in the meantime If I need to. I trust her completely. Truly incredible.

I had the Lemon Bottle Fat Dissolving treatment done today by Jade! I could not fault this clinic even if I tried. Jade provided so much information and care tips for after my treatment, the knowledge they have on these treatments is amazing. they make you feel so welcome and explain every part of the process. Not only is the clinic clean and sterile, everything is done to such a professional standard. I was more than happy when walking away after my treatment today! Jade is amazing, pain free treatment and she talked through every step with me so I was informed on what was happening! 10/10 will definitely be back again for more treatments!

I've been going to PureSkin for a few months now and I've had several treatments and I really can't recommend them enough. Each member of staff is really friendly and very highly trained. I've always come away feeling great and I know I'm in good hands when I see them to help fix certain skin issues I have. They've always given me sound advice and they are incredibly knowledgeable. I've had my fair share of bad facial treatments with other places and practitioners but I know I'm always paying for excellent quality and service with Pure.

Had lip filler as well as advanced lip training with Jade and I couldn't recommend her enough. She is the person I go to with any questions I have relating to filler or the skin and I'm so happy I've had my own lips done by her finally! They are beautiful, thank you Jade!
