First class service from start to finish. Back in 2018 I had an acute back problem and I rang the clinic in absolute desperation. I was fit in straight away and treatment was started. 3 sessions and I was no longer in pain. Fast forward to 2024 -back again! This time for more of a chronic back problem. After multiple trips and lots of medication from the GP with nothing working, I found myself back with Paul and the team. The best decision and one I should have made earlier! Back much improved with very little pain now. I actually sleep through the night again! I cannot thank or praise them enough. Highly recommend.

I was warmly welcomed to the practice and immediately given reassurance by the careful taking of a full history. Paul had been recommended to me by my previous chiropractor as part of us moving 200 miles. I needed experience to help with a neck problem. Treatment has been methodical and to some extent more successful than other practitioners over the years. I am in good hands.

Paul has been absolutely life changing with his chiropractic work on me. He is friendly ,kind and a great teacher. He is intelligent and happy to answer any questions I have. My only regret was not seeing him sooner.

Dr Paul Allison and the whole service the clinic provides is superb. Very quickly I was seen, and on the road to recovery. The advice and treatment offered was reassuring and also I could see on appointment one that Paul was an absolute expert in his field. Within a short time I was back in the ‘right shape’ and pain free from a sudden back problem . Paul is highly professional and skilled and his team are efficient, friendly and flexible on the administrative side. The appointment system they offer is very flexible and tech smart. Overall I felt that Daralyn and Paul were genuinely committed to helping me recover and were happy to tell me I didn’t need another appointment when all was resolved. I was a little nervous and wasn't sure what to expect. I also thought that after the full examination I'd get told there is nothing we can do because you're not as bad as you think. Silly l know and after having the initial tests done by Steph she made me feel more at ease. Second visit was lots of information to take in from Vicky who explained everything in a way that was understandable, and I could also take my husband too so we both could take everything on board. So basically from reception (Sue & Angie) to Vicky, Steph & Ben 10/10.

I would like to say the information I received was brilliant and it helps me to understand my health issues. On my first visit, the staff were very attentive and explained everything. My second visit was with a different member of staff and I knew that my issues had been discussed and the information had been clearly looked at before the continuation of my treatment. I am very confident with the plan they have devised to help me improve.

I was really nervous about attending but Sue on reception is a credit to Health Inc and put me at ease straight away. The initial consultation was professional and a lot more in-depth than I anticipated. I cannot wait to come back for treatment and start my journey into feeling better.

I went to see Kevin with a shoulder injury which I had put up with for several months, having been to the private hospital and had 3 injections, MRi scans etc. It became so painful I had lost the use of my whole arm and was losing feeling in my wrist and hand. My arm was just locked at my side. Completely in despair I went to see Kevin! The man is a phenomena!! At the first visit he got my arm moving, painful but necessary. Following his exercising / stretching / icing instructions to the letter and regular visits I can tell you Kevin did more in 2 weeks than the hospital consultants did in 7 months!! It turned out I had trapped nerves, frozen shoulder, tennis elbow - all of which was exacerbated by not getting the correct diagnosis or treatment in the first place!! Kevin was amazing, first visit he diagnosed the problems immediately!! The man is a genius!! Extremely experienced and very knowledgeable in skeletal and biochemistry!! I can’t thank him enough!

After years of back problems ,sciatica , I can't believe I am pain-free now .and can't believe my shoulders are straight again .never thought it was possible .I visited a different chiropractor in the past but never had such an amazing result . Will continue using them ..thank you Ps a bonus , the fantastic massage before treatment to lose up .

I went to see Kevin ,the only 1 that got back to me the same day and in some serious pain ,and no joke I walked out of there pain free for a few hours ,Kevin told me I would be right by weekend ,this was on a Monday and sure enough he was correct after seeing him 1 more time with a massage in between ,I'm back ,nice 1 Kevin
