3 Best Beauty Salons in Bolton, UK

Booked a 75 minute massage through groupon a couple of weeks back. The massage lasted approximately 40 minutes. I was booked for 12.30pm initially but since they had double booked they called me a day before to request I attend at 11.30 am instead to which I agreed. I arrived 10 minutes early and filled my form. The previous client left at 11.30 on the dot and delayed my therapist later by asking a lot of things. I was taken in the massage room by 11.40 am and started the massage by 11.45 am. It ended at 12.25 and I got changed. I mentioned it to the masseuse and she explained I was only booked for a 1 hour slot which included the after care advice and initial consultation. It does still not justify cutting 35 minutes of treatment time. She did apologise for being held back by the previous customer. I had no problems with the massage or their attitude at the salon but overall I did not get what I paid for. Edit: changed my rating to 5 stars as the issue was dealt with promptly to a satisfactory standard and am now a regular at this salon. Amazing treatment from Cheryl and team!

What a lovely place to be! I love my soft hair, colour and cut. Good, knowledgeable advice, to keep my hair at its best. I'm get pretty anxious about visiting salons but this place had a comfortable friendly atmosphere. I will definitely be back to do my roots. A must visiting salon!

I brought my mum in to get her hair done, she had a lot going on with old box dye, grey hair grow out, and damaged ends. Despite it being super busy, Abi was super attentive and very thorough with the service. She did a fantastic job and gave good advice. Can't wait to book again.

I’ve just been to NILUS for a one-hour back and neck massage, plus an eyebrow threading and tint, and I couldn’t be happier! The staff were absolutely wonderful — so friendly, professional, and welcoming. The whole experience was relaxing from start to finish, and I left feeling refreshed and pampered. Nilu is an excellent beauty therapist, she’s friendly, flexible with appointment times & her services are affordable (which is a very refreshing change in this ridiculously expensive climate). I get my eyebrows threaded/full face wax & it takes less than 10 minutes! She’s fast & efficient but the quality of her work is top tier.
