Just picked up our dog, Ralph, here after 2 weeks at Copperbeech. Nicola has been so helpful and reassuring in the lead up to his stay (and during) providing me with info about the kennels and updates during it too. He had a great time judging from the photos on facebook- captions always make me laugh!. Nicola and team seem to truly care about your pets here and I can tell how much he loves Nicola from the way he runs up to her when we drop him off/ pick him up :). Highly recommend and will be using Copperbeech as his regular kennels! His voice was a bit hoarse on return hopefully he wasn't too noisy during his stay.

Copperbeech are wonderful kennels. Our two young dogs had their first stay this weekend and despite one of them being a naturally very nervy dog, they did really well in kennels. Nicola and the team are so lovely with the dogs (and the human customers!), and the Facebook updates are a great way to see how the pups are doing - we could see they were loving their walks! Our family dogs have been going to Copperbeech for years, and we wouldn't send our dogs to any other kennel.

Had to arrange emergency boarding after being badly let down by a home boarder who demanded our 13 month old labrador was picked up immediately despite us being 7 hour drive away. Luckily Copperbeech had a space from a "no show". We were reassured by these gennuine dog lovers who cared for our (albeit big) puppy while we were away. Thanks!!!

My Martha absolutely loves it here, They look after the fur babies like their own and I feel better knowing I'm leaving her in good hands. She's absolutely shattered when she comes home! She litterly runs to the door and is so excited when I say "school day". I love the photo updates (see attached) and the "special days", parties and trips they do for the poochies. Couldn't ask for better for my baby girl, the dogs all seem to have a ball here. They offer pritty much every thing you could think of (grooming, boarding, shop, chaperone ect) Thank you for making leaving her easier.

Both my dogs go here, and absolutely love it. They come home tired from all the activities. Sophie and Becki have a genuine love for dogs, and I don't trust anyone but them to look after them. Another thing I love about here, is that they accept all breeds, big and small. My dogs have their own set of friends and get excited when they know they are going. They are growing to be extremely confident and sociable dogs. 5 stars.

My dog Izzy has been going here since she was a puppy, she absolutely loves to go and loves socialising with the other dogs. She’s booked in for boarding in August and I’m confident she’s going to have an amazing time and not want to come home. The staff are always very friendly and answer any questions that I have. Love the fact that they put daily photos up too.

Can't recommend this place enough and wouldn't leave my furbabies anywhere else. They treat my 2 dogs like their own and are on the doorstep of some lovely peaceful walks that suit both of my dogs' needs. The kennels are always immaculate and warm and the team are welcoming and friendly too.

Absolutely great place for boarding. Staff are on the ball and pure animal lovers, your dogs will be well looked after here. Plus. The rescue kennels are amazing, if you are looking to re-home, make enquiries here first. Xx

5* Service my cats are always well cared for and you can tell the team all love the animals like their own. Lots of enrichment and great pens. Would 100% recommend.
