Highly recommend this place, can’t say enough good things about it!! I walked in without an appointment wanting to make a drastic change (dark brown to blonde) I have never been able to achieve my wanted look at other salons, but Pari and Lena were absolutely amazing and listened to exactly what I wanted. They made me feel so confident in my new hair and did a perfect job even though it was super busy during the day. They are brilliant at what they do, and I will be definitely be coming back. John Lee is such a talented and creative director. He takes a detailed consultation and gives me exactly what I need with laughter dedication and charm. I have achieved being a very blonde with John Lee. The team at John Lee Guys have always been awesome , very approachable and full of smiles. My favourite thing about my visits is how focused and disability positive each member of the team are which is positively refreshing. John Lee is truly endearing to each of his clients and it really resonates in the beautiful surroundings of the salon. I'd definitely give him 10/10 in every aspect of hairdressing and customer care. I've always left the salon feeling totally pampered.

For anyone reading this, I would HIGHLY recommend this place. I am a young Muslim woman, who wears a head scarf. When I rang, the lady on the phone said that the salon itself would accommodate for my needs - a separate room from men, and to have a female hairdresser, which was promised. My beliefs and values was respected, and that is something that is really close to my heart, so thank you for that. I have to say I was amazed by the warm welcome, the kindness and quality that was received. I left smiling, and Beth my lovely you amazed me! John Lee, yet another fab person! Just the loveliest salon. I’ve been a client for two years having had a botched hair cut at another salon. A few different stylists have cut my hair at JLG’s, and they have all listened carefully to what I wanted, and I’ve left with a smile on my face.
