After what feels like forever my sister and I had our first trip back to The Reef. Waiting outside with a little nerves if we’re honest, it was so lovely to see Maddie and Alex in their protective gear come let us in. Excitement was in the air! Professional and friendly as usual, The place was immaculately clean and I felt completely safe. My back was a mess but a wonderful massage from a Maddie sorted me out. The Socially distanced gossip at the end finished the night off nicely. So pleased the fabulous ladies are back working their magic!

This was my first visit. I was made to feel very welcome & put at ease by Alex, who also carried out my treatment. The massage was wonderful! It was obvious my comfort was important throughout and I felt very relaxed. Alex picked up on my 'knotted' areas & worked on them accordingly. I found the information about aromatherapy really interesting & surprising too. I would highly recommend it and appreciated Alex's obvious talent & expertise in this profession and her caring manner. Thank You!

I finally booked my Mother's Day gift voucher from last year and I'm so glad I did, what a wonderful way to spend a couple of hours. The massage was fantastic, really kneading away the tension in my neck & shoulders. The facial was so relaxing. It was all gorgeous and Alex was friendly and made me feel very comfortable with everything. I couldn't get the hot water thing to work in the relaxation room but that didn't spoil my lovely afternoon.

Honestly the loveliest experience I’ve ever had at a salon! The staff are all so wonderful, welcoming and friendly. A special shout out to Rebecca who cut my hair today, gave me a perfect cut and finish - exactly the way I told her. Also gave me some advice on how to look after my hair and certain styling techniques that I needed help with for when I’m at home. Couldn’t fault her or the team at all! Thank you.

Fantastic experience with Rebecca today. Was my first time at the salon and I will definitely be back! Lovely hair wash with added bonus of massage chair. Rebecca listened to my needs and the end result far exceeded my expectations. Great warm and welcoming atmosphere. 5 star rating all the way! We even discussed some semi permanent colours for my next visit and I can not wait!

First visit to the Oast today for a new hair cut and I was very impressed. Danni is lovely and really took her time to listen to what I wanted and give me some good advice on what would work best. She gave me a fantastic hair cut, the best I’ve had in ages, so I will definitely be back. Thank you! Highly recommended.

The beauty closet is a very goof place to get your nails done. I went to get my nails done today and they welcomed me very well. They ask you if you want anything from the shop or a cup of tea. They talk to you and laugh and tell you about them. They are very very kind. They also do good nails and whilst i was getting my nails done i noticed how good men/women hair cuts were. They never leave you alone and all colleges are very kind and helpful. Thank you to Cheryl for doing my nails again i will defently recemend this and defently come back again.

I always receive a warm, friendly, professional welcome at The Beauty Closet. Stephanie was ready and welcoming for my appointment. I visit Stephanie on a regular basis for all my beauty treatments. Today, I had a manicure with gel polish. We picked two lush colours, and my nails looked gorgeous. I am a very satisfied customer, and I highly recommend Stephanie for all your beauty requirements at The Beauty Closet.

Having had some bad experiences with other salons, The Beauty Closet is the Best salon I have ever been to. Everyone is really friendly and make you feel welcome. Angie is amazing she goes above and beyond for her clients, with the multi talented staff I always leave with fabulous hair and nails. I would never go anywhere else!
