TOP 3 RISEDEN BED AND BREAKFAST REVIEWS

I travelled with our daughter to Maidstone for business. We arrived quite late; and were greeted by Christine and her husband. On entry you could feel and smell the cleanliness level of the B&B. When we were taken to our beautiful twin room, we were not disappointed. Generally when we stay at any 4/5 star hotel, we are not able to relax until we have sanatized the room ourselves, however, we did NOT find it necessary to sanatize our room at Riseden B&B before relaxing. I had a warm feeling of 'Home'. Breakfast was freshly prepared driven by our menu selection.

A hidden gem. A beautiful house with hotel quality rooms, a friendly, family feel and a warm welcome. Andy & Christine went above and beyond to make this a very memorable stay. We went to Mote Park for the music and Riseden came up as a local B&B so we booked it. Every time we called to check something they always answered in a friendly and professional way. Will definitely go back next time we're staying over nearby.

Just wonderful. Andy and Chris made us so welcome. Beautiful room and ensuite. All spotlessly clean. Very comfortable bed and a very nice freshly cooked breakfast.

TOP 3 ROCKY HILL HOUSE BED AND BREAKFAST REVIEWS

I don't normally do reviews, but this B&B deserves my effort: My daughter and I enjoyed the comfortable and spacious rooms offered by Roz and Andy in late September 2022. They were very accommodating, even allowing another daughter, staying in the area on business, to share breakfast with us. Such lovely people! The floor boards may have creaked a bit, but what do you expect in a 500-year old house? Best recommendation has to be the hot water - something of a rarity in the UK, I've found.

The most delightful B&B and my absolute favourite of all the places I've stayed during three weeks in England. Ros (delightful sense of humour) and Andy were lovely and their home is wonderful. Was a privilege to stay there.

i stayed there this summer, it's the most amazing and beautiful place i have ever stayed! Ros was great and very welcoming. The house is a place to behold! i felt like a prince!

Beds were comfortable, rooms clean but need touch ups, lots of parking and friendly staff. Excellent water front view. Beers good price, but found the food upper prices, that my allowance couldn't cover the decent mains (20 notes doesn't go far nowadays/not pubs issue) Food that came out to tables looked amazing. Great barstaff in the eve and again great in the morning for freshly cooked breakfast, rather than heat lamp drier food you find in other premier inns. Would definitely stay here again and I imagine in the summer, you would struggle to get a room. Well done.

Great location, so close to a very attractive part of the river. Friendly welcome at reception. Good size room. Free parking for guests.

Arrived there on a whim due to driving all day. The lady at the front desk was really lovely and helpful. Let my daughter take a board game to the room. Would happily stay again.
