I am very happy to say that I had a very positive experience on both journeys to and from Maidstone East Station to a wedding I was attending at a venue in Maidstone. The car was punctual, clean and the driver was an experienced driver. Andy, the driver for my return trip was friendly, polite and made sure he watched me go into the station safely before driving off as it was late in the evening. It's the extra care that I received as an elderly woman travelling alone that shows that Sapphire Cars have drivers that take responsibility for their passengers and genuinely do what they can to help. Thank you Sapphire Cars for doing a brilliant job!

I contacted Sapphire Cars on Christmas Day to book a taxi to Gatwick Airport on 29th December. Great service, and very efficient. They phoned to confirm the booking a few days before and then sent a text message to say the driver was on his way. The driver arrived early, which is always good when it's an airport run, and was very friendly. I would definitely recommend this company and will use them again in the future.

I booked Apollo Taxis for journeys to and from Heathrow Airport. On both trips the drivers were on time (well early actually) and both were helpful and professional. Particular mention to Brian who was the perfect driver. The company kept me up to date at all times with details of the car and name of driver who was collecting us.
