We prebooked our taxis for two events over two days which was very easy. The operator was friendly and I had confidence with the booking. The first taxi arrived exactly on time and we were able to adjust the return time easily over the phone later. The following day the booked taxis were again prompt and the service was excellent. We would recommend this operator.

Without doubt the best taxi ride I’ve had in ten years of visiting. Mr Driver was friendly, chatty, all round top bloke. To top it off it was also the most comfortable, a Lexus no doubt. Would definitely be using this company again. Just hope I’m lucky again. Thank you.

Dave was perfectly on time. Very helpful loading and unloading the luggage. A very professional and polite driver. Excellent service, at good value too. Will definitely use again based on this experience.

I am very happy to say that I had a very positive experience on both journeys to and from Maidstone East Station to a wedding I was attending at a venue in Maidstone. The car was punctual, clean and the driver was an experienced driver. Andy, the driver for my return trip was friendly, polite and made sure he watched me go into the station safely before driving off as it was late in the evening. It's the extra care that I received as an elderly woman travelling alone that shows that Sapphire Cars have drivers that take responsibility for their passengers and genuinely do what they can to help. Thank you Sapphire Cars for doing a brilliant job!

I contacted Sapphire Cars on Christmas Day to book a taxi to Gatwick Airport on 29th December. Great service, and very efficient. They phoned to confirm the booking a few days before and then sent a text message to say the driver was on his way. The driver arrived early, which is always good when it's an airport run, and was very friendly. I would definitely recommend this company and will use them again in the future.

I booked a couple of airport transfers to Gatwick and back to Maidstone over the weekend after using Sapphire Cars in the past for shorter/local trips and both my journeys were brilliant. The drivers at Sapphire are so friendly and kind whilst being totally professional too, my pickups were punctual and the rates are very competitive. I’d absolutely recommend using Sapphire Cars if you need a cab in/around Maidstone.

From booking online to getting a text message explaining who my driver was and the car and number plate details everything was smooth with no hiccups. My driver was Christopher he is a lovely approachable friendly driver. I will 100% recommend Appollo to all my friends.

I booked Apollo Taxis for journeys to and from Heathrow Airport. On both trips the drivers were on time (well early actually) and both were helpful and professional. Particular mention to Brian who was the perfect driver. The company kept me up to date at all times with details of the car and name of driver who was collecting us. I cannot rate them highly enough and fully deserve the five stars.

We found the service reliable and professional. Creena collected us from the venue and did a great job of getting us home safe. Friendly and great service. Thank you!
