This was my first time at Heaven Therapy and honestly the experience was amazing. Rebecca did my Lymphatic Drainage Facial and Indian Head Massage which I haven’t experienced before. Rebecca was so lovely and she explained everything really well. The treatments were both top notch. I highly recommend booking with Heaven Therapy.

Always a fantastic service and results from the team at Heaven Therapy. Welcoming, friendly professional staff and clean salon. Would recommend for any of your beauty treatments. Handy free parking outside and along the street and very convenient to be able to book online to see available appointments and beauticians.

First time at Heaven Therapy for a back massage. Eden was amazing, making sure I knew what type of massage I needed and informed me what oils and techniques were going to be used. Totally relaxed after the 45 minutes. Booked up for my next massage straight after. Highley recommend.

Went for Hybrid lashes, eyebrow tint and wax as well as a deluxe mani/pedi. It was the most amazing treatment, Sharika is so lovely, welcoming and made me feel extremely comfortable and relaxed. Thoroughly enjoyed my mani/pedi, left feeling extremely pleased with my treatments especially my hybrid lashes as I know my lashes are not the easiest to do but she really pulled through and gave me that confidence boost I needed! Thank you Sharika

Have visited this salon a few times. Started with eyebrow and eyelash tint and wax with incredible results as my own are so fine and so very fair. Got lots of compliments! Then had a facial. Amazing experience and skin looks and feels wonderful. Sharika is a lovely warm friendly lady who genuinely cares for clients comfort and wellbeing. I will definitely be going back and would highly recommend this salon great prices too makes it a winner!!

Very friendly. I come here for my eyelashes all the time, impressive. Holiday gel nails manicure and pedicure is fantastic. Fabulous Eyebrow tinting and waxing. I fully recommend this salon. I am a very happy regular customer.

Sanctuary House is a fantastic salon. Have previously had eyebrows, pedicures, hairdressing and manicures when I lived in North Shields and even now I moved back to Gateshead, I still drive through the Tunnel for Christine to do my nails and what an amazing job she does. Can't rate higher than 5, but definitely would. Amazing and would and do recommend Sanctuary House to everyone. Even to the girls on the tills in Tesco when they have commented on my nails. Fantastic place and such a friendly welcoming place.

I absolutely love Sanctuary House! I have been coming to see Julia for a couple of years now after a recommendation from a number of friends. Every time I arrive I instantly feel relaxed. I tell everyone it's like getting a big hug as soon as you walk through the door! All of the staff are friendly and welcoming - nothing is too much to ask them. Reflexology with Julia is one of my favourite things - perfect for rebalancing the body and mind. I have recommended Julia and Sanctuary House to all of my friends... and just about anyone else who will listen! 5 star service every time - thank you!

I absolutely love Sanctuary house, I’ve been going now for about 7 years. Julia’s massage and reflexology treatments are so relaxing. The serene surroundings let you melt away and switch your brain off for an hour. I decided to try something different recently and booked in for a facial. Rachael’s gentle massage techniques left me feeling refreshed and relaxed - she also gave me a couple of samples to take away. I’ll definitely be back!
