Taxi came bang on time to take me to the Nissan Medical Centre, same driver picked me up from Nissan very pleasant driver. When l got home l realised my mobile phone was not in my pocket, so phoned Blueline spoke to a nice woman told her my phone had dropped out my pocket in taxi, she got in touch with the driver who brought my phone back to house. Thankyou so much to the nice woman and driver for helping me very much appreciated.

My mam had a taxi from you this morning and accidentally left her mobile phone behind in the car. This review is mainly to say a big thank you to the driver that picked her up, as not only did he bring the phone back to the pick-up address for her, he took the time to carefully wrap it in several sheets of kitchen roll to ensure it wasn't damaged when pushed through the letter box. Thank you!

Booked through website for large group of 18. Paul sorted the booking very quickly. Drivers turned up on time and were really nice. Blueline also accepted change to return journey time at late notice. Prices were as quoted. 10/10 would recommend.

Used the app to request a taxi from the airport. Taxi arrived within a few minutes. Driver was a lovely bloke, very friendly. I left my phone in the taxi when we got out (duh) but the driver had it safely in his possession and it was quickly returned. All in all a great service.

My daughter and me always use n.e all drivers have been really good with us.we have a good laugh with most of them.my daughter has a.d.h.d and autism and anxiety and has travelled alone with them numerous time.they always talk to us and always say her name and hello to her first which is really lovely.
