Had a wonderful facial and eye brow shape at Envy yesterday. Super friendly welcome, offered a choice of drink from a long list (had a delicious latte) whilst they got the products organised for me. Went down into a lovely warm treatment room with pleasant calm music (Bridgerton vibes!) and the soothing smell of lavender. I arrived tense with a bit of a breakout and I didn’t have to say anything - the owner read me like a book and over an hour she loosened my tension, melted my headache away and left my skin glowing. A very much enjoyed appointment…will return.

First time at this salon with my mum for pedicures and we just wanted to say a massive thank you as we felt not only was the pedicure of great standard - really thorough and great attention to detail in every aspect - but also the staff were just beyond lovely. We had Olivia and Evie and they are a real credit to the salon! We will be back!

Had a wonderful massage when visiting York with my friend from Cambridge. I had sciatica in my left leg. I chose a massage that was of my own choice and the young lady who did it reduced the pain so much I felt elevated lying on the bed! This helped to make my stay in York so much better. Walking around everywhere became pain free thank you.. I would return there again.

The BEST place ever for intimate waxing. Joanna did my wax for me and honestly one of the best experiences ive ever had at an intimate waxing session, she made me feel super comfortable and did an amazing job. literally one of the most painless treatments ive had done and i normally scream like cat i love when women treat other women with the upmost respect and this salon did just that. thank you so much again, Joanna.

I used to come here all the time for waxing, massages and nails during my uni years and I absolutely loved it! Megan was an absolute gem. I always felt comfortable with her for all my treatments and left my appointments feeling great! I recommended this place to friends and family and I still would! Unfortunately I've moved away from York now and I can not find a place that even comes close to their quality of service. If I'm ever back in York I will definitely come back!

Had a fantastic experice with Megan for a wax - she is so efficient and fast that it's over before you know it. Not to mention her lovely and calming, down-to-earth attitude. 10/10 service

Fantastic customer service, I feel incredibly comfortable every time and always a good chat, I always look forward to my visits, both are super perfectionist and amazing at what they do, My eyebrows and my nails never looked this good, thank you so much ladies, you are both amazing!!

Amazing last-minute booking. I got the date wrong but Suzanne really kindly squeezed me in. So happy with the results of my HD brows (legit the best I’ve ever had) & loved our chats. Will be back!
