I called York Toni&Guy this morning to ask a few questions, then booked an appointment for this afternoon. From the moment I walked in to the salon, the staff were kind, reassuring and welcoming. Immediately, I was offered a menu for a complimentary drink. Oksana sat me down and thoroughly discussed what I’d like done; she then washed my hair and gave me the loveliest head message. She cut and styled my hair exactly as I’d asked, all the while ensuring everything she was doing was as I wanted. I cannot thank the staff, especially Oksana, enough for making my first haircut in years a pleasant experience!

The hairstylist named Cam understood all the requirements and gave me the most perfect hair cut. My hairs are frizzy and long, I played with them by cutting on my own and genuinely ruined my hairs. But this person came to the rescue. Do ask for Cam if you desire the most perfect hair !!

First time visiting the salon and I came out feeling amazing. Great service from start to finish. Joel gave me a complete restyle, listening to my thoughts and adding his expertise. Really happy with the cut and finish as it was exactly what I was looking for. Thank you Joel.

Ashley and the team are friendly and the service feels really personalised to getting you the best style / colour based on what you envisage, as well as benefiting from their experience and advice. Would highly recommend if anyone is looking for a new salon.

Had my hair cut and coloured. Showed my stylist what I wanted and explained how I wanted it. Everyone was so friendly and really listened to me. I’ve only been twice and both times I have been extremely happy with the results. They all took such good care of me. Before and after pics are insane! Thanks again for an amazing hair experience.

Sam and his team are amazing at what they do. I am always happy with my hair when I leave the salon, it is clear to see that the team really care about what they do and have great attention to detail! My hair is naturally thick, curly and frizzy which is an effort to tame (for me!) however, at Sam Olgar they make styling my hair look easy and I feel my hair is in the best hands!

I have curly hair which has always been difficult and prone to frizz. I was recommended Ruben to cut my hair. He did a fantastic job and cut it properly explaining everything along the way. This is the best cut i have ever had done by a true professional .
