Self-care is very important to me - I don’t get much opportunity to take time for myself, so when I do, I head to The Bothy because my experience there is consistently fantastic and highly professional. On my last visit, I had a bespoke facial with Ash and I left feeling really taken care of and fully relaxed. It is the only place I trust for my beauty and self-care needs! Services used: spray tan, waxing, bespoke facial, nano infusion & express peel.

Absolutely amazing experience! My partner has booked for me De-Stress and Calm Treatment with Evie. The atmosphere was great and Evie is extremely professional. I felt more relaxed than ever! Definitely recommend!

Excellent first experience visiting the salon. I will be returning and recommending to family & friends. Can't wait to try some more treatments!

Great beauty salon for all your beauty needs. Megan is quick and efficient with all waxing (especially intimate waxing) and gets the annoying stray hairs that don't always come out with the wax. She also makes my lashes and brows look great. Joanna is great with my nails, lashes and brows too. Professional service from start to finish. I won't go anywhere else. Highly recommend this salon

I get my Full leg and hollywood wax from Joanna and I can say it's almost the highlight of my month. She's very professional but we always have a good laugh. If you're looking for a professional intimate wax in York I highly reccomend Joanna at Belleza

BANNATYNE HEALTH CLUB AND SPA REVIEWS

Wonderful afternoon of relaxation and pampering. On arrival the young gentleman on reception was fab. Kind and most helpful explaining about what to expect, booking us in, showing us where to go snd generally just really welcoming. Swimming pool and steam room were great then on to the relaxation room. We went a little early so we had time to enjoy the warming beds. Room was nice (speakers a bit tinny with the music which buzzed a smidge). Then into our treatment room. Ladies were really respectful and welcoming. We had a Swedish massage and a facial. Absolutely fantastic! So relaxing and really thorough. Couldn't fault my day at all. Finished it off with one of the cafes smoothies. Also tasty. Thank you all.

Went to celebrate my 40th birthday with 8 other women all booked in for treatments. The best massage I've had in a while came out feeling refreshed. Enjoyed the relaxation room with low light and music. It's nice to see free water on offer. Had lunch was enjoyable. Didn't get to experience the rest of the spa day due to travelling but will be likely to book again for a full day.

Went here for a swim, we managed to time it right as they have a fitness class before we go, so when we got there the pool was fairly empty,did 10 laps then spent 10mins in the spa pool, it was lovely and warm. The showers are all separate so you can have a good shower they are always clean, the changing rooms are spot on and there's even a spinner to spin dry your cosy very handy indeed..
