This is a gem that shouldnt be overlooked. The room was clean and comfortable. It has a great pub and there is a smell of cigarettes in the room but that wasnt an issue for me. The breakfast and dinners were outstanding. It should be noted there is no parking but we were on motorcycles so the sidewalk worked perfectly. Lynn and Ben are excellent and will take good care of you. Be sure to book directly as they offer added benefits that you dont get when using a 3rd party booking site. Really this an excellent value and a great place to stay.

Definitely the best hotel I've stayed in in birmingham. When i arrived a was met at the bar by a friendly lady who showed me to my room. Yes rooms are basic but if you just want a cheap short stay then it's perfect. Staff are so friendly and you will definitely get a very warm welcome.

Just popped in...glad I did ..very comfortable seating ...relaxed atmosphere great breakfast..very friendly and spotlessly clean..

I often come up to Birmingham for work and this is always my favourite place to stay. The B&B has a lovely, warm & cosy feeling. The rooms are very well decorated & clean. I always looks forward to the yummy breakfast in the morning, never disappoints! The location is perfect with the high street a few mins walk away, providing plenty of restaurants, pubs & local shops. Has everything I could need and to top it off, 2 wonderful hosts who always make me feel welcome! Thank you always for such a wonderful stay, James & Hansel!

Very convenient location close to the NEC. James was very welcoming and the room was very comfortable. There were lots of options for breakfast and I’d recommend the English breakfast which was cooked just right and not at all great like many I’ve had. Highly recommended.

This place is absolutely lovely. Stayed here for two nights and it was perfect. My room was really clean, the bed very comfy and it was really convenient to have free parking on site.

Excellent! We used the hotel to hold refreshments after a funeral which took place 11th Oct. The food was amazing and plenty of it. The cakes and scones were an absolute delight. All the staff worked extremely hard and could not do enough for us. Beautiful grounds too, a very relaxed atmosphere. Thank you to Nikki and all the staff.

A very pleasant stay. Room was nice and quiet, great to wake up with birds chirping outside. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast freshly cooked. Happy to come back and recommend it! Thank you.

What an enchanting environment...accessible yet tranquil The garden is not only lovely but was therapeutic for me!. The staff ..proprietors were amazing and went beyond the call of duty and did a 'bespoke yummy porridge' just.. for..me I will be back' S" and will recommend to my networks...Thanks, Steve and Nicky..long may you run.
