3 Best Hotels in Birmingham, UK

Stayed here for two nights. The room was clean and spacious for the two of us. Very clean. We did love that you can have a digital key for your room but it does knock out the key cards they gave us when we check in but they still work for when we had to use the lift. Would stay there again and recommend people to stay. It is very close to the Utilita arena and has lots of places that are close by to have lunch and dinner. The Hampton by Hilton had complimentary breakfast. We used the tram to get about the city or we walked.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone, staff are absolutely lovely and make you feel so comfortable. It's near all the bus and tram stops. The room is spacious and food is absolutely beautiful. Lovely girl on reception upgraded us for free to checking out late as our flight was not till the evening. We will definitely be back again.

Right in the heart of Birmingham, near to Brindley Place. Very comfortable hotel, spacious air-con room, staff all friendly, very good variety breakfast. Location means night clubs, bars and leisure centres nearby. Yes it is noisy, but that is because it is Birmingham City Centre.

I had to travel to Birmingham for work and frankly did not have high expectations. However, the Hyatt Regency far exceeded those expectations. The atrium is very attractive and the hotel bar and restaurant are appealing. Service at the front desk was probably the highlight of my stay. The team were extremely professional and good natured. I thought the room was very clean and quite spacious, if slightly drab in its decor. The view would have been quite nice from the 21st floor, but there is an active construction site in the lot across from the hotel which takes away from that, though certainly not in their control. The breakfast the following morning was above average and was comped for me which was a nice touch. Overall, I would highly recommend staying at the Hyatt Regency in Birmingham if you need a hotel in town. It was a high quality experience all the way around for me.

Gabriella on front desk was so incredibly nice,informative funny. I had zero questions left. Room was clean and highly fitted out. Every staff member was fantastic from the guy and girl running the pool to the breakfast army of staff. To cleaners.Couldn't fault this place if I tried. Hotel lobby is so beautiful. I can see why there was business clients there and personal clients.First Hyatt, hope all like this. Brilliant

I have no complaints. Everything was beautiful clean. I would go back again we were there his Mother and I for my Grandson. He was having a Basketball Tournament and yes, I would go back there again.It was beautiful, the atmosphere, everything about it, the people. .One thing I loved about it. It was clean from the front entrance all the way to my room beautiful.
