They currently employ over 200 dedicated staff with 35 stores spread across the UK, including England, Scotland, and Wales. I bought a large lantern with 3 battery operated candles inside before Christmas and unfortunately it didn't work. However ringing the shop to see if I could get a refund the lady arranged a transfer of another one from Chester to Birmingham so I could exchange it. Now I have a working lantern. Customer service is all about how to recover a situation and in this case I had excellent service. Thank you very much.

Incredibly well-presented shop. A huge choice of competitively priced gifts for all ages. A "must-visit" place at Resorts World. Went today & experienced very good customer service by the 2 members of staff on duty. Thank you.

Brilliant shop, lots of interest ornaments, candles and diffusers among other things. We often go in hoping to find inspiration for a gift or to stock up on reed diffusers! Prices are very reasonable and staff are very friendly.

The most helpful and kindest people with the warmest welcome to my spontaneous plans. He made the most beautiful bouquet for my sister’s birthday and helped me with some balloons I needed to set up for her. I also had a few things missing that he helped me remember for the set up and received some creative advice to make it even more beautiful. I can’t thank you enough!!!

This is my go to place for an array of different items. I love coming to this shop to buy presents for my friends and family. Hampers, gifts, occasion cards, balloons, and much much more! The service provided by the friendly staff is always reassuring and very helpful. Thank you so much.

Her passion for supporting community and the craftsmanship of local artisans has been palpable; shining through each time. This shop, if seeking a meaningful gift or a keepsake, has something for everyone and is the perfect place to find a one-of-a-kind gift that feels personal and memorable. I can't recommend Ivy and Rose enough and, if in the area, is definitely worth a visit to give you a little slice of local authenticity and creativity.

A delightful find! This unique boutique is a breath of fresh air on the high street. The selection of UK-made products is both beautiful and varied, offering really thoughtful gifts. The owner is just as lovely as the shop itself – genuine, friendly, and incredibly helpful. It's clear that a lot of love and care goes into every aspect of the boutique. This is a lovely gift shop with some great items, especially for gifts. It has products from local artisans but also products that represent our fabulous city of Birmingham, such as cards and cross stitch kits of local landmarks. What makes the JQ community special are the independent businesses and lovely people like Alex.
