The park has recreational activities like boating, fishing, bowls, tennis, putting, and picnic areas. Green spaces are available for everyone, and huge efforts have been made to maintain them in Cannon Hill Park. The park is accessible to those with disabilities or mobility issues. In addition, the park provides ramped access and wheelchair facilities across the whole park. The park has a fun park, golden putter, land train, swan lake boating, and Mac Birmingham, a wildlife conservation park.
