Stayed 1 night in this lovely hotel and would gladly have stopped for much longer. Decadent and quirky lots of great complementary touches and the delightful receptionist was the most helpful of any hotel staff I've come across . Would recommend this hotel 100%.

The Brighton was a fantastic place to stay in order to discover Newcastle upon Tyne and Gateshead. Our en suite room was clean and quiet and well-maintained and there were two comfortable lounges to relax in if you wanted a change of scene or to chat with other guests. The lovely, polite and helpful staff were very welcoming and worked wonderfully as a team, creating a very special, relaxed atmosphere which was almost familial!
