A group of us met here having pre-booked the room for 30 guests with tea coffee and pastries from initial enquiry with Michele Harle we were very impressed Michele listened to our requirements and tailored the package to meet our needs beautiful hotel outstanding level of service perfect central location great facilities highly recommend and will definitely use again thank you so much for taking such good care of us.

Had a super 5 day stay here! Hotel is direct on the main train station. Easy Metro connection to Airport or town center. All the Personal deserve 10 Stars! All very frendly and helpful. Great good. A Pool in the nearby train station can be used free of Charge. Looking forward to staying here again in the Future.

Very convenient to the train station and downtown. Larger room with comfortable bed and many amenities, including sauna, pool, large fitness center.

An overnight stay with Friends was fabulous in this great Hotel, Staff very friendly and Helpful, Both rooms well equipped and very clean, fabulous choice for Breakfast, and a Great location, would definitely recommend to our Friend's and look forward to returning.

Staff are very welcoming and helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean with a range of hot drinks to use. The breakfast menu is wide and freshly prepared and served. Highly recommended. So close to the centre but quiet for the night.

A great hotel within easy walking distance to the shops and train station. The manager, Ryan was brilliant and couldn’t have been more welcoming.

Me and my partner stayed here for 1 night and it was lovely. The hotel is in a fantastic location, very close to the train station and only a short walk from the shopping centre and the Quayside. The hotel inside was very nice and they offered a brilliant breakfast with a wide range of choices. Gavin on Reception was lovely, very friendly and a great assest to the company. We would very much stay here again.

Me and my friend stayed for one night as we were in town for a concert. The location is great close walking distance to everything you could need. When checking in and out the staff were really lovely and really helpful. The room was lovely and clean, really comfortable bed. Would definitely recommend.

Great hotel in central Newcastle. The rooms were modern, clean and big. And the breakfast and bar at the hotel was great- lots of options at a pretty reasonable price. Staff were always really friendly and very helpful.
