I was gifted a voucher to City Retreat Jesmond postpartum and went for a massage yesterday with Imogen. Fantastic experience, I’ve never had a massage before and it was such a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere from the calm music to the hot stones. Can’t recommend enough! I will be back

I was welcomed by friendly staff and offered a drink while I waited for my treatment. Caitlin was very friendly and gave the most amazing facial, I almost fell asleep. The products she used were amazing and smelt gorgeous. The treatment room was very warm, comfortable and private. I felt very relaxed. The bed was so comfortable and warm I will definitely go back and would definitely recommend it

Came here as a treat for my Mams birthday and was not disappointed! The lady that looked after us was absolutely brilliant, and I can say it was definitely the most relaxing massage i’ve ever had. Highly recommend.

What a fantastic experience from beginning to end, I got an aromatherapy massage which was amazing, came out feeling so relaxed. The therapists were lovely and made sure we had a lovely experience, i would highly recommend anyone to visit and have a little pamper. I will definitely be going back.

Really lovely experience, Melanie was able to fit me in the day after I enquired about availability. Quick, efficient booking over email and the massage was great and really good value for money. Melanie checked in with me about pressure and temperature throughout. The place is lovely and relaxing. Highly recommend :)
