Very welcoming staff member , room and communal areas lovely and clean, plenty of soft towels and comfortable beds, cracking buffet breakfast and all at a budget price hotel . Will definitely be returning soon. Would of liked a glass or a plastic tumbler in the bathroom like in other hotels but we can't have everything in life.

Conrad was exceptionally welcoming, and nothing was to much trouble. room was very modern and the bed was one of the best I've ever slept in. very quiet, the breakfast was lovley with some fantastic filtered coffee and ice cold fresh juice and the price wasn't bad either. Will definitely stay again.

Absolutely amazing staff. My daughter stayed here for the weekend for Creamfields. She lost contact with her friends and they allowed her to keep her room four hours over check out time for her safety. Can not thank them enough.

We stayed just for one night and it was everything we needed. I was running Manchester marathon the day after our stay, so it was really nice to have a quiet, comfortable room to relax beforehand. The people behind the bar/check-in were so helpful and so nice. We had left something in the room accidentally, and they were able to leave it behind the bar for us to go and collect later that day. I would absolutely stay again.

For a 3 star hotel, B+B hotel was above expectations! It was clean, comfortable and the staff were lovely and helpful! We arrive after midnight so they check us in to make sure we didn’t go under a “no show”. when in the room I called and asked for more pillows which the team bought up to us with in 10 mins! Thank you for a great stay!

Up this way for work. Booked for me, so glad they pick the school house. A very warm welcome given the tour by Gary give me the lay of the land and places I might need to know. Omg breakfast was awesome. Roo. Nice and cozy and had everything you need bed was comfy too. bathroom amazing shower was brilliant. The next time I am up this way I'll ask to stay here.

Excellent little b&b. Hosts wonderful, comfortable room and great location. Will definitely use again if in the area (only small thing, no shampoo / shower gel in bathroom so will need to bring your own when staying).

Excellent, stayed just for 1 night but it had a really cozy feel a big change from the usual budget hotel chains. Rooms were spotless and very comfortable. Would definitely recommend.
