Booked on a recommendation and will definitely be booking again. The service is brilliant, really efficient and even sorted out my mess up with pick up times without any issue. I had a contractor on the way to the airport. I travel alone and he was really friendly and put me at ease. On the way back I had Danny who was fabulous, I was delayed and then baggage was a joke. Despite this he was waiting for me when I came out. Helped with my bag and was just generally brilliant. Highly recommended

I am going to keep this relatively short and sweet. Quite simply, On Time Travel are the best airport taxi service we have ever used. And, when I say we, I mean myself, my three sons and many of our friends ... we have recommended widely. We have always enjoyed the easy booking system, the email and telephone confirmations, clean cars, personable drivers and, of course, a reliable and bang on time service.

Excellent service to and from Liverpool airport. On time and spotless vehicle with very friendly driver. The phone call on the previous departure day was very reassuring. Thanks & will use again.

Fantastic service - one of our executive directors required a taxi from site to the railway station urgently and, despite it being a same-day request, Eugene was able to reshuffle some work and pick her up. Great service by Paul who waited patiently until she had finished her meeting. Would always highly recommend - but don't do what we do and book last minute (not fair on them); always book them in advance from their website and they'll guarantee a brilliant experience!

The booking process was really easy with communication all the way. Email confirmation set out what would happen next and when. Our driver contacted us the day before the booking and was waiting outside our address in plenty of time to get us to the airport in good time. A great start to our holiday, thank you!

Professional, efficient and friendly service for a return trip to the airport. Clean vehicle with bottles of water provided. Return flight was delayed by over an hour but Ricardo was waiting for us when we arrived. Good price too.

I have to say how lovely your staff were yesterday (Saturday) My mother in law who is 86 years old and is in a wheelchair, travelled in the taxi with my father in law who is also 86. They had been struggling to find a taxi at the weekend just so they could join family for lunch. Both journeys were amazing. Both drivers were very professional, showed great care and dignity particularly to my mother in law and 110% made sure she was not only securely fastened in but comfortable too. I think the drivers were Angelino & Martin, they are a credit to your company. A huge thank you to you all for making this happen. The text message service was amazing, Definitely 5 star treatment.

Brilliant taxi ,service, arrive on time, we needed a six seater vehicle, as I have weekly appointments, but as its school holidays, and I'm in a wheelchair, we needed a taxi for two adults and four children, it was no problem, at all, I cannot recommend this taxi firm enough, !! Not like other taxi firms who promise a minibus and then send two cars, which just won't do,!!

Excellent service and great price. All the drivers were lovely and arrived on time, the text message service was fab as it kept us informed at all times. Will definitely be using this company again and will certainly be recommending them. taxis. Well done.
