The consultation was necessary as my hair had been through so much damage. Martin was amazing, providing a solution with the hairstyle I wanted, while given my hair the colour it needed without much damage. I definitely found the right place and the right hair stylist for me. The service was great and even the hair wash was relaxing with a massage chair in the meantime. I didn't find the price high as I value the quality of service, I feel my hair deserved. Worth more than five stars.

It was my first visit here and wanted to treat myself to a complete restyle. It was a relaxing experience from start to finish, everyone was so friendly! The head massage and massage chairs were amazing, I could have stayed there all day! The stylist was amazing, he asked me what I wanted doing and kept checking throughout the hair cut to make sure I was happy. I absolutely love my hair, I feel like a new woman! Thank you so much.

I booked a very last minute blow dry and the team managed to squeeze me in on my work trip to Cheshire.

Today was my first appointment at Jakata and I am absolutely delighted with my new haircut. Lucy took the time to discuss exactly how I wanted my hair, stopping regularly to check that I was happy with what she was doing. Absolutely thrilled with the result and will definitely be returning. Lucy was fantastic. She really understood what I was after, and was very good at communicating what she was doing and checking in with me. I'm absolutely chuffed to bits with my hair and I have been complimented lavishly by all and sundry! Thanks so much, Lucy!

Sophie cut my hair yesterday and she was great, she listens and tries to understand fully what you actually want. Also gave professional advice. Also she was very nice and kind. I liked the result so much, thank you Sophie.

Shelley always does an amazing job with my hair. Recently started getting my hair coloured by Paula who does an equally fantastic job. Staff are all incredibly friendly, and the reception team always recognise me. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I have Leah everytime and I wouldnt go anywhere else. Lovely atmosphere, always so chatty and make sure you're getting exactly what you want. Always a drink offered soon as you go in and the prices are very reasonable. Would reccomend to anyone.

Had an outstanding experience here yesterday. The staff were helpful and kind. Lauren the lady who did my hair did an outstanding job and I’ve never been more pleased. Would recommend to anyone, great example of value for money. Will definitely be coming back soon.
