I would highly recommend this salon, you are made to feel so relaxed and comfortable.. Georgia did my treatment and I was really happy with the outcome. Definitely 6 stars. She was fantastic, great atmosphere and experience. I have bought friends vouchers to introduce them to the Spa. .The staff are so professional. The salon is beautifully decorated and has such a lovely feel to it. Just give it a try!! I think i have found my happy place

I had back, neck and shoulder massage with Claire, it was a birthday gift from friends. I'd had to delay it due to some fracture injuries in the shoulder. Claire was very supportive and kind, she listened to what injuries I'd had and massaged accordingly, checking whether the pressure was comfortable for me - it was divine and I thoroughly enjoyed it. A lovely welcoming atmosphere, very relaxing, lovely staff including the greeting from Reception and the professionalism and kindness of Claire. A lovely Spa, I will certainly return in the future. Thanks everyone.

Jasmine was so lovely, listened to me and knew exactly how to help me with my problem areas. Felt so relaxed afterwards and my back, neck and shoulders feel great. Would highly recommend This is my 3rd visit to the Secret Spa, it’s the most relaxing place I’ve ever been from the moment I arrive to the moment I leave it’s an amazing experience

Stunning location, superb welcome by friendly staff, lovely tea rooms for a prosecco afternoon tea, staff so accommodating to your needs. Excellent spa treatment room, lovely clean, amazing heated massage bed, brilliant foot cleanse, thoroughly enjoyed the back massage and time to relax in the stunning relaxation room afterwards. Never rushed at all, the staff so lovely. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to spend some quality time to yourself. Excellent spa, love it!!

Honestly the best massage/ spa experience I have had! From the minute I walked through the door I felt so relaxed and comfortable. Jo was absolutely lovely and I came out feeling like a new woman!! She put me at ease straight away! It was the best massage ive had and i felt so well looked after and pampered. The products were amazing so much so I treated myself to the tummy butter. I will definitely be back again! Absolutely loved it, such a beautiful and relaxing spa with friendly and helpful team, thank you.

I really enjoyed my treatment by Liv. She put me totally at ease, she is kind, professional, and an excellent therapist. I felt totally relaxed and can honestly say she provided one of the best massages I’ve had. The whole experience was wonderful from start to finish. I definitely didn’t feel like I was ‘on a conveyor belt’ as you do at some spas. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Fab experience! My sister-in-law got me a gift voucher for my birthday and my visit gave me a bit of me time away from parenting a toddler. Lyndsey was lovely. Very professional and a brilliant massage therapist! The treatment room was immaculate and I felt totally refreshed afterwards. Will definitely be back.
